In these busy times that we live in, it’s even more important to give some time back to yourself and receive. To go from doing all of the time to have a moment to just BE. We are often juggling way too many things and doing so much for others that we often forget ourselves. When you slow down to come back to your inner centre of Being, you allow yourself to release some things that are no longer serving you and you empower yourself to move forward in a more balanced way.
With this session, I help create and hold this space for you to just breathe, let go, shift and create space within yourself to RECEIVE.

Unplug and Reconnect
Facilitating a deeper connection with your Higher Self through a transformative sound meditation journey.
This 60 minute session involves the use of carefully and intentionally selected instruments and techniques to faciliate a journey of deep release, reflection and inner connection.
432Hz Tuned Crystal Singing Bowls, 18 inch Frame Drum,
Rain Stick, Chimes.
Guided Meditation (incl. Mother Earth connection, chakra balancing), Conscious Use of Breath,
Movement (Qi Gong), Journaling (at the end of session).

Per Session:
The energy exchange for the Sound Meditation session is £21 per person.
Payment is required beforehand to secure your spot.
How To Book:

For the Booking Calendar:
- Select the date and also click the time to show the price.
- Fill in your name and email address fields.
- Complete the security code
- Click submit
- You will be taken to PayPal to process your payment.
Please book per individual person.
Spaces are limited to maximum of 7 people.
How To Get There:
Zenw2 Studio is easily accessible via public transport with bus stops outside the venue and Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee Line) is just a 4 minute walk away.
There is street parking available around the area which is free on a Sunday, although spaces are limited. If coming by car, please double check street parking restrictions. If you want to pay for a private space, the following is a good website: https://www.yourparkingspace.co.uk/
Cancellations and Refunds
Please note, this service is non-refundable.
Cancellation is not permitted but you may reschedule your session. In the event that you are unable to attend, please notify Genna as soon as possible (at least 72hours notice).
Who This Is Not Suitable For:
Anyone that is 18yrs and above is welcome to attend.
This session is not suitable if any of the following apply:
Severe mental health condition. Schizophrenia.
Bipolar disorder
Pregnancy
Epilepsy
Limited mobility: Part of the session will be standing with some movements and the remaining session will be lying down. If you are unable to lay down, please let me know so that I can set up a chair.
What To Bring:
Please bring: a bottle of water, pen & paper/notepad/journal and any other extra support that you require for your added comfort when you’re lying down.
The following are provided at the studio: blankets, cushions, bolsters, yoga mats, eye pillows.
